Equipment principle: For the treatment of corrosive gases (such as acid, alkaline waste gas), the choice of purification equipment is the key to use liquid to absorb the waste gas. At present, our company has independently developed the acid and alkaline waste gas purification process and equipment with high purification efficiency, simple operation and management, and long service life. The craft and the product has a simple structure, low energy consumption, the characteristics of high purification efficiency and applicable range, can effectively remove hydrogen chloride (HCl), hydrogen fluoride gas (HF), ammonia (NH3), fog (- H2SO4), chromium sulfate acid mist (CrO3), hydrogen cyanide acid gas(HCN), alkali vapor (NaOH), hydrogen sulfide gas(H2S), water-soluble gas such as formalin.
The acid mist exhaust gas is discharged into the purification tower through the packing layer. The exhaust gas and the sodium hydroxide absorption liquid are in full contact, absorption and neutralization reaction. After the acid mist exhaust gas is purified, it is dehydrated and defogged by the mist removal plate and then discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. The absorbent liquid is pressurized by the pump at the bottom of the tower and sprayed on the top of the tower. The acid mist exhaust gas after purification meets the emission standard.
Features: The equipment adopts packed tower to purify the exhaust gas, which is suitable for the treatment of continuous and intermittent exhaust gas discharging. Structure:This is a new one - piece forming scrubber tower. It is composed of liquid storage tank, tower body, air inlet section, spray layer, packing layer, swirl defogging layer, air outlet cone cap and inspection hole.
Application: Purification and treatment of acid and alkaline waste gas discharged in the process of chemical industry, electronics, metallurgy, electroplating, textile (chemical fiber), food, machinery manufacturing and other industries.

The exhaust gas purification tower runs in gas-liquid countercurrent flow. The exhausted exhaust gas enters the tower body from the bottom inlet of the tower, passes through the packing layer from bottom to top, and is finally discharged from the outlet of the tower top pipe through the anti-corrosion fan. The neutralizing solution passes through the liquid distributor at the top of the tower, sprays it evenly into the packing layer, flows down the surface of the packing layer to the bottom of the tower, is discharged out of the tower by the pipeline, and is circulated by the anti-corrosion circulating pump. As the ascending exhaust gas and descending absorbent are in constant contact in the packing layer, the concentration of solute in the ascending airflow is getting lower and lower, and when it reaches the top of the tower, it has reached the absorption requirements and is discharged out of the tower. On the contrary, the concentration of the medium in the descending liquid is getting higher and higher, and the process conditions are met when it reaches the bottom of the tower, and it is discharged outside the tower.
